I should disclose from the start that I am an entrepreneur. I have started, grown, harvested, and on occasion buried, dozens of companies in my life in every sector of the economy. I decided long ago when I saw the look on my dad’s face when he came home with a pink slip from the factory where he worked that I would never work for anyone else. I don’t want anyone telling me when to show up, how hard to work, what to wear, or when to go home. I don’t want anyone deciding to lay me off or downsize my job. And I want to keep the value of the work I do for my family. Even more, I want to have the freedom to decide what to build and which dreams to chase. Running your own business, on your own terms, is the only way to do that. Lots of people today have reached the same conclusion. They have learned from the recent economic crisis they can’t count on big institutions to give them a stable place to earn a living, take care of their families, and save enough to retire. They want to be their own boss. Today, these future entrepreneur have two secret weapons, the internet and Dani Babb. The internet allows people to live, work, and build businesses anywhere they want. Dani Babb will show them how to do it. Not the theory of how to build an online business—how to actually make it happen. She has successfully started dozens of online businesses of her own. And she is a gifted educator who knows how to explain to you the things you will have to do to succeed. I believe this book is important. The world needs all the entrepreneurs it can get to provide jobs and paychecks. And it needs the optimism of an army of entrepreneurs to make people believe in the future. But an army of entrepreneurs means build one business at a time. Dani can help you be one of them. Now start reading. —Dr. John Rutledge, Chairman of Rutledge Capital, |

The Book
Reader, you are in for a treat. But I advise you to clear your calendar for the rest of the day. Once you start reading this book you are not going to be able to stop until you see the back cover. Dani Babb is an extraordinary person. In 30 years and 15 million miles of traveling the world of business and finance I have never met anyone who comes close to Dani in creative energy, in integrity, in depth of experience building online businesses, or in the pure, raw passion to help people take charge of their lives by starting and growing companies of their own. Anyone who gets to the end of this book without their juices flowing should check their pulse—they don’t need a book; they need a doctor.
